Art. 1 — Purpose  

This document governs the terms of use for the just-elite.mg website, as well as the terms of sale applicable to any travel reservation made through the website or by phone at +261 34 42 573 38. 

By browsing this website, the user unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.  
 

 

Art. 2 — Access to the Website

The website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just Elite reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance or updates without prior notice.  

  

Art. 3 — Liability

Just Elite makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information available on the site.  

  

Art. 4 — External Links

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Just Elite is not responsible for the content of these sites and exercises no control over them.  

  

Art. 5 — Modification of the Terms of Use

Juste Elite reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the website.  

   

Art. 6 — Parties 

The service provider is Juste Elite, a travel agency registered in Madagascar. The customer is any individual or legal entity making a reservation.  

  

Art. 7 — Formation of the Contract

The travel contract is formed upon confirmation of the reservation by Juste Elite and payment of the corresponding deposit. A written quote is provided prior to any commitment.  

  

Art. 8 — Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in Ariary (MGA) and/or Euro (EUR), depending on the selected currency. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before departure. Prices include the services expressly mentioned in the quote.  

  

Art. 9 — Included / Excluded Services  

Unless otherwise stated, the following are excluded from the price: travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, gratuities, and services not mentioned in the itinerary.  

  

Art. 10 — Changes by the Customer

Any request for changes after confirmation will be processed subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Requests must be sent by email to info@just-elite.mg.  

  

Art. 11 — Changes by the agency

Just Elite reserves the right to modify an essential element of the trip (hotel, itinerary) in the event of force majeure. The customer will be notified as soon as possible and may accept the change or request a full refund. 
 

 

Art. 12 — Cancellation due to force majeure

In the event of cancellation due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, pandemic, war), Just Elite will offer a credit valid for 12 months or a partial refund depending on the service providers’ terms and conditions.

Art. 13 — Refunds 

Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of confirmation of the cancellation, using the same payment method used at the time of booking

Art. 14 — Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation 

The customer may request to reschedule their trip to another date (subject to availability) without cancellation fees, provided the request is made more than 30 days prior to departure.

Art. 15 — Agency Liability  

Just Elite acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (airlines, hotels, guides). Its liability is limited to services directly organized by it.  

  

Art. 16 — Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, repatriation, and medical expenses. Just Elite can provide partner offers upon request.  

  

Art. 17 — Visas & Documents

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and obtain the visas, passports, and other documents necessary for their trip. Just Elite may provide administrative assistance but is not responsible for visa denials.  

  

Art. 18 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the client shall first contact Just Elite by email at info@juste-elite.mg. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Antananarivo, Madagascar.
