Art. 1 — Data Controller

Art. 2 — Data Collected  

We collect: last name, first name, email address, phone number, nationality, passport number (for reservations), travel preferences, and browsing data (cookies). Data collection is limited to what is strictly necessary.  

  

Art. 3 — Purposes of processing  

Your data is used to:  

(1) process your quote requests and reservations,  

(2) send you information about your trips,  

(3) improve our services,  

(4) comply with our legal obligations.  

  

Art. 4 — Legal Basis  

Processing is based on: the performance of a contract (reservations), your consent (newsletter), our legitimate interest (improvement of services), and our legal obligations.  

  

Art. 5 — Retention Period  

Reservation data: 5 years after the end of the stay.  

Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact.  

Browsing data: 13 months maximum.  

  

Art. 6 — Your rights  

You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability. To exercise these rights, please email info@just-elite.mg with a copy of your ID. 

  

Art. 7 — International Transfers  

In connection with your reservations (flights, hotels abroad), your data may be transferred to service providers outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Just Elite implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure
